Personalized Onboarding: When a new employee joins our home office, they receive a full tour of the office and meet their co-workers. To make them feel even more welcome, we prepare a personalized gift basket based on their preferences, which we gather through an employee interest form. This form asks about their favorite beverages, hobbies, and both personal and professional goals.

Meet-and-Greet Events: Within the first 30 days, we host an office-wide meet-and-greet event for the new employee. This not only helps them connect with their co-workers but reinforces that they are more than just an employee number—they are an integral part of our team.
