Landscapes Golf Management earns multi-year extension at Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club

After 13 years of growth and reinvestment, the former Senior PGA Tour host in Park City, Utah, has extended its partnership with LGM.

Landscapes Golf Management has been granted a multi-year extension to continue operating Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club, the private club in Park City, Utah, citing substantial annual growth in club utilization and bottom-line results.

LGM has managed Jeremy Ranch since 2013, overseeing business strategy and planning, course maintenance, clubhouse operations, marketing, IT, staffing and training, food and beverage, health and wellness, merchandising, golf instruction and financial management.

Over those 13 years, the club’s revenue has grown 200% and net operating income has grown 544%. That growth has been driven by a full calendar of member programming, including happy hours and wine tastings, trivia and theme dinners, a wine society, junior golf nights, indoor golf simulators and a Nordic skiing track designed by Olympic gold medalist Billy Demong. With views of the Wasatch Mountains, the club has also become a sought-after venue for private events.

The reinvestment extends to the golf course itself. Over the past year, Jeremy Ranch completed a full renovation of its greens and surrounds, tees, fairways, bunkers and practice areas.

“Partnering with Landscapes Golf Management is among the best decision ownership has ever made,” said Chris Gies, President of Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. He added that members and guests have made the club part of their regular routines, and that both community satisfaction and the club’s balance sheet are better for it.

LGM President Tom Everett credited the on-site team, led by 2025 LGM General Manager of the Year Brian Wright, along with regional and home-office support. “Our business and service strategies are spot on, execution is consistently crisp,” Everett said, adding that the team is excited to take Jeremy Ranch to the next level.

Everett also recognized Jake Hanley, PGA Director of Golf at Jeremy Ranch for nearly 30 years. “Jake has been a constant during our time with Jeremy Ranch,” he said, thanking Hanley for his service to the club.

Jeremy Ranch’s Arnold Palmer design hosted the Senior PGA Tour’s “Shootout at Jeremy Ranch” from 1982 to 1992, with a field that included Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Billy Casper, Ben Crenshaw and Chi Chi Rodriguez. Today it stands alongside Lost Rail Golf Club, Mapleton Golf Club, River Run Country Club and Sutton Bay among LGM’s marquee private clubs.
