Bel-Wood Country Club is 30 minutes northeast of the Cincinnati beltway. Opened in 1973, the family-oriented private club features an 18-hole, 6,116-yard, par-71 golf course lined with trees across rolling terrain with small, undulating greens and three daring water hazards directly in the line of play.
Falmouth Country Club is on the southwest corner of Cape Cod, close to beaches, cranberry bogs and other natural wonders. Owned by the Town of Falmouth, the public club presents 27 holes of classic golf: the 18-hole, 6,665-yard, par-72 championship The Osprey and the nine-hole, 3,455-yard, par-37 The Talon. The Osprey rewards shot-makers across flat terrain with quiet, tree-lined fairways and sprays of beach grass garnishing bunkers, and the No. 10 hole is home to one of the largest osprey nests regionally.
Fox Hollow is about one hour west of New York City. The public, 18-hole, 6,403-yard, par-70 layout is rife with elevation changes and fast, undulating greens. Originally designed in 1962 by Hal Purdy, once a construction supervisor for Robert Trent Jones Sr., the course was completely re-modeled in 2000. It is augmented by a driving range with 20 grass tees, bunkered practice green and spacious putting green. In addition to hosting special events, the attractive clubhouse boasts a well-established restaurant with majestic views of the golf course.
