At Landscapes Golf Management (LGM), we believe that ongoing education and development are key to the success of our employees and the golf courses we manage. No matter how long someone has been in the golf industry, there’s always something new to learn, and our team embraces that mindset.

Three of our core employee development programs:

1. General Manager Conference: This annual event, held at our home office in Lincoln, Nebraska, gathers General Managers from golf courses across the country. The focus is on collaboration, sharing best practices, and aligning our management teams with LGM’s strategic goals. The conference includes learning opportunities, networking, strategic planning, and, of course, a bit of fun.

2. Sales & Marketing Conference: This conference is designed for Sales and Marketing Managers and focuses on strategies and tools to drive revenue, attract new members, retain existing ones, and promote our courses. Like the GM Conference, it encourages participants to learn from each other and take back a wealth of best practices to their clubs.

3. LGM Leadership Academy: Our Leadership Academy is aimed at developing leadership skills for current and emerging leaders within the organization. The program equips participants with the knowledge and skills they need to lead effectively and contribute to LGM’s long-term success.
