Landscapes Golf Management received multi-year extensions to continue involvement at The Short Course at Mountain Shadows Resort in Paradise Valley, Arizona, and Bull Valley Golf Club in Woodstock, Illinois.
The Short Course has worked with LGM since 2016, during which green fees, rounds played, and net operating income have all steadily increased. The company also oversaw the course grow-in and build-out of the course maintenance facilities, and assisted with the equipment financing package.
The 18-hole Par 3 course is a key part of Mountain Shadows Resort. Designed in 1961 by Arthur Snyder, it was redesigned by his mentee, Forrest Richardson, and pays homage to the original layout with challenging greens and rugged slopes across distinct holes.
